We used one of our new Allied Patriot builds with a super-fast Intel Core i5-13600KF processor, 32GB of RAM, and NVIDIA's new GeForce RTX 4080 16GB graphics card in a bunch of games at the ideal 1440p (2560 x 1440) resolution for some FPS and thermal testing đšī¸đšī¸đšī¸
The CPU is cooled by our in-house Allied Ice Cube ARGB 120mm AIO liquid cooler, making sure all those Raptor Lake CPU cores and threads are kept chilly... check those thermal results out below!
Inside, we've got the GeForce RTX 4080 16GB graphics card, with its triple-fan cooler keeping GPU temps at under 70C the entire time. You'll notice that running Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p (with ray tracing and DLSS enabled) uses much more of the Ada Lovelace GPU underneath, running hotter than the other games đĒđĒđĒ
On the flip side, running Warzone 2 absolutely maxed out at 1440p has the CPU running at a very respectable -- and chilly -- 55C or so. The same goes for the wicked-fast Apex Legends, with the Core i5-13600KF and our AIO liquid cooler keeping it at just 54C the entire time.
The Allied Patriot build was something we benched in-house, with many hours put into some of the biggest and most popular games in the world. Overwatch 2 is a game close to my heart, where it cranks along at 4K 120FPS+ even on a big HDMI 2.1-powered TV.
Unbelievably smooth, nice, and quiet, the CPU and GPU run cool when being crushed at 4K 120FPS+ and it looks beautiful with RGB lighting catching your eye đī¸
Moving into Warzone 2, every visual dial can be cranked up to the max (with DLSS set to Quality, for beyond 4K gaming) with the GeForce RTX 4080 offering more than enough grunt to handle 4K 120FPS+. Warzone 2 has never looked better, and the Allied Patriot supercharges your gaming experience.
Cyberpunk 2077 maxed out at 60FPS+ with ray tracing? Easy. You don't need to worry, you can run everything from your favorite esports title to the most delicious graphics on the PC right now.
